Refund policy

The FREE plan is free forever so you can try everything before you buy. PRO and MAX are one-time bank transfers, with no auto-renewal and no refunds once the plan is activated. If you transferred by mistake or your plan has not been activated, message us on Zalo at 0337088441.

1. Account information

Tesla Studio stores your phone number or email to authenticate you through Firebase Authentication. When you tick to accept the Terms at sign-up or sign-in, the app records the time and the version of the terms you accepted.

2. Your data

The videos, voices, images and scripts you create belong to you. Tesla Studio does not share your data with third parties without your permission.

3. Processing by third-party AI services

By registering for and using the app, you allow Tesla Studio to send the content you process (text, images, voice, video) to the third-party AI services linked to the accounts you have connected (for example Google, ElevenLabs, MiniMax, Vbee, Maziao) to create and edit content at your request. Providers process this data under their own policies. On free tiers, some providers may use submitted data to improve their products, including review by their staff, so you should not include sensitive personal information in the content you process.

4. Service access keys

Access keys (API keys) and sign-in sessions for the services you connect are stored on your computer and used only for the app's features.
